Is there a log of emails sent to new users?

I have just set up a whole bunch of new users. One of them swears blind I haven't sent her a username and password. Is there a log somewhere that I can check whether a) I really did set her up b) whether the email was sent c) whether for some reason it bounced?

No, there is no such thing. activeCollab does not log mailing activities and does not check if emails bounce.
