Hello together,

I´m pretty new to activeCollab and I like it very much to use it in our daily project work.

I don´t know whether this topic was already discussed here, but there´s a question: When creating a project I create automatically some folders. How can i give e.g. a client user permissions to see only e.g. 2 out of 5 folders? That means we want to hide some internal information. Is there a possibility?

Thanks for your help, Christoph

It is not possible to hide selected folders, but you can hide specific files by marking them as private. Only members of owner company can see private objects (files, messages, task lists). Clients cannot see them.
