i could use some major hand holding in installing aC on windows server 2003.

ive had aC running fine with the guide for xampp on one of the XP boxes, but i dont know where to upload the files for this install because xampp/universal server wont run properly.

could someone reply with the basic steps? sharepoint is already installed, could that be causing problems? when i use http://localhost/ i get a different interface than xampp so im a bit lost.
