Hi,

the users of our aC-platform keep complaining that they can't login, their combination of user-name and password seem incorrect.
By now I have a heard quite a few of the complaining, so I wonder if there could be any technical reason behind this?
So far I've just given them a new password and eerything was fine again....

Any ideas, why this happens?
I'm looking forward to your hints and recommendations..
