Possible to change directories

Hi,
I have aC installed and I am just now adding clients and projects. Love it!
I'm wondering though, how difficult would it be for me to change the directory that its presently installed in?
Right now its in www......com/clients/
I would to move it to www......com/projects/
Is it as simple as moving the files into a new directory?

Rename the folder. Than open config/config.php and make sure that site URL value points to the newly create folder. That should do the trick.

I tried what you suggested. However, when I tried to pull up the site it came up with a blank white web page. No 404 or other errors displayed. Somewhat weird.
Any other suggestions?
