Hi
I downloaded and installed AC0.71 a couple of days ago, and my clients already love it. They think it looks very professional, which has in turn impacted on the image of my business.
I will definitely keep using this software.
Some required features I have noticed so far:
* Billing/Time tracking
* Sticky post in messages - it would be useful to put a URL list there
And a question.... can a client amend their own notes? I'm using that for their amends, and I'm concerned that they could rewrite history...

I'm glad that you find activeCollab useful.
Easiest way to see what client can and cannot do is to create a client account and play a bit.
