rearrange task order in checklists

Currently, it is not possible to rearrange tasks in checklists. Could this be done?

In 0.7.1 you have weight based task ordering ("heavier" tasks are on the bottom).
In 1.0 tasks are ordered by priority so highest are on top and lowest are on the bottom.
In 1.0 tasks are ordered by priority so highest are on top and lowest are on the bottom.
