It appears that email notifications are very limited right now. I think that pretty much every item should have the ability to notify people who are related to that project (ala basecamp).

If this is not exposed via a checkbox, then each user should have notification setting options to allow them to choose what items they want to receive notifications for on a systemwide basis (i.e., comments, page edits, etc.)

Hi,

People get email notifications only for objects they are subscribed to. They should use Recent Activities feed if they want to keep track on what is happening in one or more projects.

OK. Now here's the other thing. RSS feeds shouldn't send me the things I post, but they currently do. Would it be possible to set it up so that it filters out any activity generated by the user so as to not clutter up the RSS notifications?
