First of all, GREAT job Ilija! As soon as I get approval from my boss I'm going to be ordering a couple corporate licenses. The demo is a great thing to have too, by the way (helped me make 'the sell').

If I have one suggestion that I believe will help your business it would be *detailed* documentation. Don't get overwhelmed! =) I realize that you're probably hard at work on coding new features and bug fixes right now. So I would highly recommend tapping some help from the community. You could offer some of your established community members a free license or possibly even contract with one of them to write some documentation for you. I think it would be well worth your investment to pay or trade licenses for that service.

I'm really excited to get started using activeCollab and wish you continued success. Thanks!

Hi ubernostrum, long time no see :P

What you suggest makes me think of the POSS model ! E.g a mix of proprietary and open source software...
The best way to predict the future is to invent it

Hi ubernostrum,

I am really glad that you like new activeCollab. Importer will be available for download by the end of the week. We completely understand the importance of the good documentation. It is in our best interest to have a good docs and we'll focus on that as soon as launch pressure is gone.

Thank you!

@David - POSS looks really nice. Take the best from both worlds and mix them together. Could do wonders for both customers and vendor.
