Hi Hanz,

You are talking about project groups? That is a way to organize project and you can use it any way - no workflow enforced. We use them to keep development projects apart from other projects (writing, support etc). I know of a company that uses them to group projects per department - every department has a group so they can access only their projects among hundreds of other projects.

Project <> Group relation is completely optional and if you don't see how they could fit in your workflow ignore them.

Project groups aren't covered by the demo - can you post more info and some screenshots?
Can you include people in groups regardless of whether they are an owner or client member?

Why do we have three different concepts for almost the same thing:

* tickets are "tagged"
* projects are "grouped"
* discussions, files and tickets are "categorised"

Aren't they all the same thing?

The difference appears to be mostly in the interface for browsing/searching on things via the categorisation. Something like this:

would be brilliant! (you'll need a free account there to see how the tag edit mechanism works)
