Norwegian translation

If you don't have a norwegian translator yet, I will translate it to "Norwegian Bokmål".

Since this is a commercial app now (v 1.0) and the development of the 0.7.1 code will be continued at www.projectpier.org, I suggest that you will provide your help over there (at www.projectpier.org/contact).
