What is the best size and file type for logos?
Also... an earlier blog makes mention of the feature that the owner companies logo moves to the top in place of the very cool ac logo. I don't seem to be-able to do that right now. Coming later?

The best height for logo is 35px and width from 0 to 150px.
We didn't supported logo changing trough admin for this version, but we will include it in some of our next versions.
If you want to put logo of your company in the header instead of of ac logo (which is allowed by license), you can do it by replacing site_logo.gif which is located in public/assets/images/ with your own logo (in gif format for now).

You can't sell a "Corporate" product without having the firm's logo on the top left. IMHO
You can manually rename and replace the AC logo gif "site_logo.gif" with you own company logo. That's not difficult.
I've left the footer link "powered by ActiveCollab" though.
Another more important detail is when we receive messages in our mail box, we have "From: no-reply@activecollab.com"
and at the bottom of each message we also have:
Best,
activeCollab team
That's fine if you offer AC for free, but a " NO NO " for a paying Corporate product
We need to see instead our company name in there.
How do we achieve this ?
You can manually rename and replace the AC logo gif "site_logo.gif" with you own company logo. That's not difficult.

Powered by ActiveCollab - you have the have purchased the additional license to remove all AC branding.
Email Messages - you need to click on Admin > Settings > Email Templates - you can set the messages to say whatever you wish - great feature!
Email Messages - From line -- Go to Admin > Settings > Mail Settings - you can set the from line name and email address -- another great feature!

I think all that is left is the replyto details to be in the notification, otherwise they get blocked by spam filters. As ours were until we disabled the spam filter...

Contact your system administrator or hosting provider and inform them about the problem. It is related to system permissions, not activeCollab and they should be able to handle it.
