i found an interesting online book: Getting real. I just read some chapters and found it very interesting. Possibly aC could take some ideas about developement processes?

I read that too and liked it (spending 19 USD and not thinking about 15 EUR extra credit card charge for foreign currency :-(
This approach can work for us too (feature planning etc.) but we have to make sure that the goals and responsibilities for the various releases are clearly defined when more than one person (Ilija) works on that.
But anyway it is a nice read.
