I'm having the same problem. Everything was working fine for about 1 month and then yesterday I got this error. I feel in love with the system and I have a lot of my client documents and project files store there. If I have to lose them its ok, but I would like to assure myself that it wont happen to me again.

Ouch, I though that you was talking about fresh installation.

This sounds like database corruption then. From some reason Inno tables got broken... I can't help there much because my knowledge of internal working of InnoDB engine is more than limited. You can try Google for that type of error or try asking for help on MySQL development network (try with forums and mailing lists).
