German translation updated

The German translated is updated and downloadable from the "Translation" page (http://www.activecollab.com/pages/33/activecollab/translations/).
There are a few smaller editorial edits and a newly translated "countries" file. The files have been updated to UTF-8 too, to display the correct umlauts.

we need to find a solution for the shortcuts. mostly alt+s is used but for the german translation "Neues Projekt" alt+s does not make any sense to me...
there is a forum post about that. this is not a problem of the German translation but due to the fact that the key bindings in FF 2.0 have changed. alt + s is used for mainly all "submit" actions in aC (even in this forum :-).

Alt+S is convention for Submit function. It doesn't make any sense to have a different value for every form if you ask me; especially not in a system that can be localized. Alt + S is short, simple, works everywhere when you want to Submit a form and it is a convention followed by many applications.
Btw, it as S accesskey. Exact shortcut may very between browsers. That is why there is no (Alt + S) on buttons in new activeCollab code. You'll see...

sorry, just for understanding: i thought "trunk" the new stuff plus fixes in the 0.7 brunch. did i get something wrong?

trunk is main development line, all version specific changes are in branches. Interesting thing now that might confuse you is that all of the work that was done in parallel with 0.7 was done outside of trunk (in /angie) so there was almost no activity in trunk

Final version 0.7 has changed language files, i'll try to update the german one (0.7 RC2) untill sunday.
