    <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm trying to get activeCollab *officially* adopted here at work (it's up and running now, with several people using it because it kicks the pants off our current system).  The deal-breaker for our project manager is no view that shows what on everybody's plate.  So...<br />

I suggest various dashboards and user settings specifying which dashboards they can have access to.  Specifically a project manager dashboard that shows each of their underlings and the tasks on their plate.  But this would also be useful for a client, as the stuff they need to see is generally not the same as what a developer or project manager would need to see.<br />
