Can't add email address with apostrophe

According to the RFCs, an email address with an apostrophe is valid.

I have a user with an address like this: First_O'Last@some.example.com

I can't add the user because I get this error:



Failed to save object because some of its properties are not valid

* Email address format is not valid

This is under the .7 release.
