I'd really like the user to be prompted on first sign-in to update their contact info prior to going to the actual site. The process would go something like this:

1. Admin creates user account using the same form we already have
2. User (client) receives email notification with username
3. The first time the user visits the ac site they are prompted to complete their contact info using the "update profile" form. Admin is able to set required fields.
4. Once user has completed the "update profile" update form and clicks "update profile" they are able to proceed with normal use of the site.

Update process would be like this:
1. On the "Tools" tab the Admin can set any user or all users to be prompted to confirm profile info the next time they visit the site.
2. Update process would continue per steps 3-4 above.

Finally, a manual update of a user's profile or change in company info should allow notification to be sent. The notification could be sent explicitly to any or all users in projects shared by the company or person that is being updated.

Maybe this could be core functionality?
