i ran into that problem after upgrading to 0.71.
German is my standard language and i deleted my former install folder except the config file. After starting activecollab, there is a blank screen and no error message. i think there should be one.

Its a critical error that can't be handled by the script any more (parse error, non-existing function error etc). To protect users private data that type of error messages has been turned of.
