Multi-Project Summary Dashboard area/plugin
Page: 1
I manage a fairly large number of small projects at one time. and improved ways to see multi-project overviews would be huge plus from my point-of-view. One of the basic questions I often need to answer is "given these new priorities X,Y, and Z see how many of the milestones for projects A,B, and/or C we can hit" (using people who may often be shared between project A and C). An overview feature could be really helpful in showing my current level of commited resources. If I had that and time tracking I would be ecstatic.
Keep up the great work!

I believe he wants an overview of all Milestones for all projects. Something like the "MyTasks" tab. But he is not particularly clear in his wording, I agree.
I think something like all milestones across all (or a selected subset of) Projects; maybe also a "User X's Tasks" (in addition to "My Tasks") would be very helpful.
Right now I am using Mantis and this is really the only item I need for my team to move to activeCollab.
I am not tied to a particular implementation model (the one in Mantis barely works for me anyway); but the need is that I have say 5 people (including myself) working on 4 "open" projects (some of which are internal IT while others are either for external clients or are demos for marketing). I don't need anything too fancy; but someway of seeing what I (and potentially the CEO) have assigned to all my people would massively help me get a handle on the current priorities and see what may need triaged. Does this make sense? It does to me, but I may not be explaining it very well.
