We are a bunch of students using activeCollab for collaborative projects between student groups.
We would like to learn how to change and modify the themes as you have done which looks great by the way.

Yeah... it's quite simple to create and use one.
If it's the creating you're after, just make a copy of the deafult theme folder and edit the CSS files within.
If it's the using you're after, just visit the Administration page, then click General. There's a Themes drop-down. Modify that and save.

or are they asking for a tutorial on theming ? i was thinking of writing one. anyone interested ?
Any ideas on when this theme will be released? We'd love to use it.
