Let Members Add Projects

Hi All,

Unless i had lost my vision, i cant find any way to let members add projects without them being an admin.. and personally i dont want all my members to be admins but i DO want them to be able to add projects in my absence.

At the moment the system seems to rely on admin powers to get the ball rolling, i think its important that admins can let other members of their company add projects without full access to the admin controls :)
