    <description><![CDATA[<p>I have a client whose name keeps re-appearing in the &quot;Users who were active in last 15 minutes&quot; box but we haven't been working on any projects together for some time. So, theres really no reason for them to be logging in.<br />

I'm wondering if maybe accessing an RSS feed would trigger them to appear as being active on-line?</p>]]></description>
