The file is only about 700k, so I know it's not the size. It doesn't give an error message in Firefox, just doesn't work. In Safari I get the following error message:

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.mydomain.com/projects/index.php?c=files&a=add_file&active_project=19”. The error was: “POSIX error: Is a directory” (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:21)
