Q: My dates are not calculated properly!!! WTF?
A: There is a bug in activeCollab 0.7.1 and prior versions - all dates are GMT (including time calculations) so this problem affects all users who are not in GMT timezone. We are aware of the problem, it will be fixed but there is no workaround at the moment.
