When clicking on a user name, anywhere I'm slightly dissappointed.
There is so much more information available - not all of it is always usefull, but maybe one could make it configurable...
Hidden preferences or something.
Things I'd like to see on a users page:
* last login
* 10 recent edits
* assigned tasks and status
* assigned milestones and status
* in future releases maybe the user's role on aC, like "normal user", "admin" or "project manager" to these xy projects...
* (make contact information available as a .vcf-card-file)
What do you think? what else would be great? or what do you not need? (I think it would be easy to make it configurable - to have the most agreed-upon version out of the box, the rest free to be chosen....)
Hi there - I love this product! I am testing it out compliments of Dream Host with my hosted sites. One question, a client wants to basically use this as an intranet. Everything works great, but can I set a user to expire on a certain date? This is to cancel or freeze the account used to log in to the activeCollab site when fees and dues are delinquent. Please let me know about that - can I set individual expiration dates for each user or 'active='true'type of thing? Thanks!
Sorry, but there is no such feature in the system. User accounts cannot expire or be deactivated but we'll consider it for one of the future releases (especially deactivation).
