Check out "If Forgot password fails" section on this page - it explains how to reset a password to a known value using phpMyAdmin (you'll need to play with the database a bit).

Some proposed to check Remember me as a quick fix for login problems in IE7...

Me too. Looks like this thread is the most conprehensive on this issue. About 3+ weeks ago I did the one-click install from Dreamhost with php5 configuration, and it went well. I set up a project, and tonight attempted to revisit it, but I cannot log in on IE7 or on Firefox 2. I've requested passwords twice but it will not accept either. I haven't changes anything on my computer or in the project since I first signed up, so this is a complete mystery to me. Ideas?? Thank you. :0)

Active Collab works for me with IE 7.

I am using a windows xp sp2 machine with IE 7.0. Default Internet Security options set to accept accept cookies.

If you are running some type of internet security application (Norton) cookies may be blocked in the security app instead of IE 7.0 itself.

Hope this helps.

I am also using IE 7.0 and it also will not let me log in. I have allowed all cookies for the website and even turned off cookies all together to see if it would work. I also turned off any type of site blocker and it still does not work.

I figured it didn't use ActiveX or any MS specific features... but I figured it wouldn't hurt to open up all the flood gates on IE... It is definetly an IE7 issue. As I have tested it with IE6 and everything works fine.

Anyone else using IE7 (or having IE7 at hand to test) has problems with logging in to activeCollab?

Btw, activeCollab does not require ActiveX or any other MS specific feature. It will run on most modern browsers no matter what OS you use.
