error message on every page load

Hi -

I am getting this error showing up in my server logs on ever page view:
Failed loading /usr/local/lib/ioncube_loader_fre_4.4.so: /usr/local/lib/ioncube_loader_fre_4.4.so: Undefined symbol "zend_hash_add_or_update"

Any ideas?
