Formatting in tasks not stripped for display on dashboard

Hey, it seems that the display of tasks on the dashboard currently doesn't strip out formatting and display as plain text like it does on the tasks page, which means that if people enter html in their tasks thinking that it will just show as text it ends up being executed when displayed on the dashboard. Unlikely to break anything serious but caused a strange display because I created a task about a problem with <select>. Probably worth having it behave consistently just in case (or else add formatting to the tasks, oh pretty pretty please :P)
