Dashboard Dates Incorrect

I see there have been quite a few bugs reported about inaccurate dates but I didn't see anything referring to 0.71.

On my dashboard page under details, the date goes from

today 10:08
today 10:02
today 21.32
today 21:30
today 21:14

Obviously the last three should say yesterday as that is when the event happened. When I look in the database the dates are correct.

Any other seeing this and is there a fix?

Hasn't anyone fixed this problem yet? It's 7:30 PM and all the entries on my dashboard say yesterday when they should all say today.
