Thought I'd put in a request for this one: I tried to upload an avatar only to be told <i>after</i> uploading that .bmp files are not valid. So I converted it to a .jpg and received a message <i>after</i> uploading that the pic had to be no larger than 50x50.<br />

So here is request #1:<br />

State which file types are valid on the Update Avatar screen.<br />

Request #2:<br />

It was a pain to shrink the avatar. Ideally, the system would shrink whatever pic I had down to appropriate size. If this is not feasible, then please state on the Update Avatar screen that avatars must be no larger than 50x50.<br />
