I added a member to the company users as an administrator. He accessed aC fine and then has come back and can no longer make changes as an administrator and I (also an administrator) can no longer see him in my members list.

I tried to re-add him as a member and his username is unavailable because the system still recognizes him as a member. Why am I not seeing him as a member?
