Hi,
as mentioned in another thread an invoice function would be great. I think of another combined functionality. Let me describe the workflow:

- A company user creates a new task/tasklist. He selects "billable" and gives a time estimate.
- The client user gets an email and starts activeCollab
- He finds the task/tasklist with a notice "to confirm". He confirms it with a checkbox.
- The company user gets an email and does the work.
- He completes the task and sets the estimated time to the spent time.

- Once in a quarter/half year/ ... an invoice is created from all "billable" tasks. The spent times are converted to $$ (input hourly rate) and sent via email (to company or directly to client)


I think this would be suited for all companies who have a lot of short works with hourly billing to do ...
What do you think?
