Milestone Edit loses a day

When editing a milestone, the date is one day behind the date set. ie. If I set the date to July 14th and click edit, it sets the date to July 13th.

Date problems are known issue and will be addressed soon. I think that this problem is because of bad timezone calculation. Its a bug.
