    <description><![CDATA[<p>As explained in <a href="http://www.activecollab.com/forums/topic/512/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">this FAQ entry</a> forms are just a way to automate task or comment creation, not to create custom forms with their own sets of fields. Content users insert in that text area will be used as task text or comment body and that is basically it.</p>]]></description>

    <description><![CDATA[<p>I browsed the various comments on this forum to learn how to implement Forms.<br />
I created a Task List called &quot;Bug Reports&quot; and a Form called &quot;Bug Form&quot;.<br />
<br />
The Form consists of just one large text box.<br />
Is that all there is?<br />
<br />
I thought the video presentation showed the ability to add check boxes, etc.<br />
Can you enlighten me?<br />
