Hi
I see that many users of .7 are linking in to external accounting packages. Will accounting (invoicing etc) be included in 1.0?
If so, any details available?

Sorry, accounting is not planned for activeCollab 1.0, but you will be able to develop it as a plugin.

I can think of no one better placed to suggest an appropriate acounting package to use with 1.0, what might you suggest?

Sorry, but I cannot recommend any specific accounting tool.
You will be able to integrate accounting tool with activeCollab through API or by writing integration plugin, but activeCollab 1.0 itself will not ship with such plugin.
Our opinion is that we need to execute well on platform level and with core functionality. Rest will be left to to the community. Developers will be able to create various plugins and integrations on top of that platform and sell them (or offer them for free).
