Error message installing 7.1

I uploaded the files and tried to update but it messed up everything so no...I'm doing a fresh install but I'm getting the is message after STEP 4:
Failed to import database construction. MySQL said: Can't create table './db_name/ac_administration_tools.frm' (errno: 121)
Why is that?
