Hello. I've discovered, after perhaps more than two weeks after first installing, that I cannot log into ActiveCollab at all. Not in IE7, not on Firefox, and not after being assigned 2 new passwords. Help!!! I need this to be working for a new project.

Just figured out my own problem, about two minutes after posting above. Seems to be an issue using an Iframe to "wrap" the system in IE. As long as the system is in the Iframe, you cannot login or use it. If you just type in the full url in IE, it works perfect.

p.s. I love aC, keep up the good work.

Did you ever find a solution to this?

I'm having the exact same problem. Firefox works flawless, but IE is a whole different story! I've reset IE7 to all of the defaults and then tweaked nearly every setting possible, still no login. Also tried IE 6, same problem.

It's not a big problem personally for me, because I only use Firefox, but my clients use IE (and I can't convince them to change!), so it's huge problem for them.

Any help or direction would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks You.

After an installation on our linux server at our office, I can successfully connect to it via firefox and login perfectly. However, when attempting to login via IE on the same computers, I can see the login page, but once I click on Login, it just refreshes the Login page.

I know that activeCollab is installed correctly, and permissions are correct because I can connect and work with it in firefox, but I need to be able to troubleshoot the issue with IE since the majority of our clients will use it.

I have tried enabling cookies for IE and still no good. I've tested version 6.0 of IE.

Could someone please help me with this? Or at least point me in the right direction?
