So, I installed deleted everything on the machine and installed Uniform Server 3.3 and activeCollab 0.6 and all is well so far.

I don't get the this error:

which others have reported. What am I doing wrong? I am excited to use this product as an alternative to basecamp (I need something running local) but seem to hit one issue after another
