Copy to another server.

I'm switching my webservers around a little, and I need to copy AC to the new server.
What I did is copy all the files from the old server to the new server, copied over the database and all of the permissions, and then updated the config.php file with all the new information.
However, when I view AC on the new machine, all I get is a blank screen. Is there something I forgot to update? Or another way I should be going about this?

Never mind. I forgot to make the cache and the public folders owned by the webserver.
