Hello folks,

Here's the quick run-down, any help greatly appreciated.

Set-up:
- activeCollab 0.7.1
- Uniform Server

Install successful, hangs after the 'success' screen. Turned on bug reporting, it was the 'OwnerCompanyDnxError' with message 'Owner company is not defined.'

Dug around on the forum, found the fix. I manually added the administrator and owner company per the instructions (inserted the rows in MyPhpAdmin). I could then login fine with my username and pw 123.

The only problem is that I can't do anything once I'm logged in. I only have the 'Account' option under my username. I can't add/edit any projects or people. It seems I'm not an admin.

I nuked the first install and repeated the process, same result.

Any suggestions? Seems like a cool app, I'd love to give it a go.

Yes, it's a shame... but it seems the activeCollab team has not kept up with the latest version of Universal Server... I notice the path name in the instructions differs from that of the current US file system.

Changing udrive to diskw might mess up US, however.

Dunno.

See http://projectpier.org/ for more details.

activeCollab is going commercial. Hopefully the open source community at PP will prove to be more responsive to this issue.
