    <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm a little confused by the verbage on the new front page this morning. It looks like aC might come with a fee with this new release and that the service, like basecamp, might be based somewhere other than my site. Could you revise or explain what the license will look like and if aC will be downloadable and installable on our own servers like it has been in the past.<br />
