In most cases you would use project name to describe what you are working on. For instance, if Google hires you to redesign their homepage you would not call that project "Google" but "Google Homepage Redesign."

Hi there,

I'm using aC for about one month and my list of projects grows more and more. So far I haven't any customers invited to join their projects, but I plan to do.

But I have some problems with the titel of the project. For example I call the project "Smith". Now I can insert anything connected to Mr. Smith (that is what I have done till now). A Milestone for his website, some tasks related to this milestone, a couple files and so on.

But if I want to invite Mr. Smith, then I have to create a new comapny (called Smith Wood-Working) and a user called John Smith. But when he logs in his account he is in the project called Smith, like him. Think this is a bit confusing.

Ok, this is a project management software and maybe isn't prepared for this, but how do you handle your project (-names. What names do you give them. Smith, smith-wood-working.com, A1584 or what ever. What works best for you?

I hope for some tipps ;-) And thanks for answering.

Regards
Sebastian
