That error required a lot of changes so fix is not provided as a patch, but bundled with activeCollab 1.0.

It seems when ever I post something it is the wrong time. I checked at the server level and everything is correct. The server its-self is in GMT -8 and so is my profile on aC but even still after posting it displays the wrong time.
