After entering all the database information like user/password/database etc. and pressing next, the “Step 3” page simply reappears, but without the field contents and no error message at all… Any ideas?

Sorry, it happens the same to me. I run the installation and after entering all the data requested in the step 3 (user, pw, db) and pressing next, it appears again the "step 3" page. It tells : "Failed to connect to database with data you provided".

It seems that the user or pw is wrong, but I'm sure I've used the correct ones. Could you explain how to install it manually??
