On the screenshot for 1.0 it says "calendar." Yeay! I have a question - What will automatically appear on the calendar, and will we be able to add events to the calendar without actually creating a whole project/milestone roadmap? I am considering this and other apps for our small community radio station and the visual calendar seems to be important to my teammates.

Also, it would be wonderful if members could subscribe to a calendar that ONLY had their milestones on it (so it's not cluttered with stuff they are not involved with).

Thanks!

Calendar is great if you want to have beard eye view on upcoming events, but we killed all data manipulation features from it. It's just for presentation - you can see events in all active projects, specific project or for a specific user.

This brings up a question about the two versions... the Small Biz version does not have a "Calendar" but of course it has the ability to assign dates to milestones, right? So is the only difference with the Corporate version the way this data is displayed? What about subscribing via iCal? Only in the Corporate version?

iCalendar feed is available in Small Biz version.

Calendar gives you several views:

- All milestones and tasks in all active projects you are involved with
- All milestones and tasks in a selected project
- All milestones and tasks that selected person is assigned to. Access to this calendar is available from users profile page.

Ilija is it also possible to add to your calender when your not free. For example you are on vacation for a period. I search for it in the demo but could find it. This could be a nice feature...

Hi Jonne,

Calendar does not cover that. Just start a discussion and notify people you think should know that you will not be around for a period of time. Use email notifications to make sure that everyone receive your message...

This could be very handy when you are making a planning of when a certain job should be ready it automatically take this into account? Maybe something for later to implement.

How can we change the way the calendar presents the task? Task 1, Task 2 is just not descriptive enough to be very useful at the birds-eye view.

You cannot. Only milestones are displayed on the calendar when all days are collapsed. To see all the tasks and tickets for a specific day just zoom it (click on it).

Is there any chance you could get the calendar to work like this one: http://moomonth.com/demo/index.html
If so that would be class!
