It's driving me batty trying to root around with no luck. I've checked all the source file locations and from what I've seen, everything appears to be in order.

Awesome. If I can get this to work, I'm hoping to use it to show the value of web based project management to my bosses to hopefully purchase 1.0 for company use. But when I returned to the root, I received is the error below.
I just installed aC 0.7 . I have installed multiple times (with a clean database and attempt with 0.7.1). I have also tried deleting the cache files and refreshing, but nothing seems to work. The most bizarre is that I have had success with another aC install on the same server about 6 months ago (using a different domain and database of course). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
