Agree, without proper test of full app I'm finding it difficult to convince myself to invest... I also think that you guys really mismanaged the whole launch process. Nowhere on the site you can find details about product in one place, no documentation at this stage, still issues even with limited demo you offer, api details list goes on... You went live way too early and it does not reflect well on you when you are offering commercial product...
I don't want to be anal and complain too much, but yeah I am generally second for DAiki just said above.
What I exactly mean is situation like this one:
I know my needs. I played with trial for a while and I see great potential in activeCollab, but I can't be sure do I will be able to plug it into my current workflow. 400 USD is a amount that I am ready to spent on product like this one, but I really need to be sure about what I am going to buy.
I guess most of the people who have interest in your product, are so called "power users" who really needs to know how admin interface looks like or what features your API gives to 3rd party developers. This is the thing I really miss and personally holds me off from purchase.
I will be watching this space for updates as I am really interested in details.
EDIT: I also hope there will be extra features enabled on product site for paid customers. I am thinking about support tickets, bug reporting, custom themes, plugins and so on...?

I second the need to see admin functionality. Or, maybe just as well or better would be to see a grid that breaks down what different types of accounts and permissions allow users to see.
For instance, can regular users see what hours other regular users have logged on a project? Timetracking is pretty much the main feature I need to work a certain way to buy. I'm having difficulty seeing how it works with the demo.

Where is the demo version? I can't seem to get the "try" function to let me in . . . it asks for my e-mail address, but nothing is sent to my mailbox so I can sign in . . . am I missing something?
I'm thinking a screencast would help show the administrator functions in more detail.
I spoke to Ilija on the 5th October about this (he asked me to do one), but I haven't heard from him yet.
I'll put one up as soon as I've been given the needed resources.

I too would like to see the application before I buy - and I am using the .71 now . . . how do I get into the TRIAL VERSION?????
