After installation, I get the following error on a blank white screen:
Invalid license. Please contact A51 Development for assistance - support@a51dev.com!

Any ideas?

I got the same thing, but I suspect I know my problem. I bought the program using one URL, but found I couldn't install it there so I did on a different server/URL.

Is your URL the same?

Hi guys, when you download zip file you need also to download license.txt which is located on you profile>licenses page. Then you need to copy that file into folder where is config file located. You shouldn't have that kind problems after you copy license file.

Hi Goran,

I did that, but I'm installing it to a different URL than I purchased AC. Does that matter?

Yes it does matter. Activecollab license is locked to only one url, and that is url you specified when you bought activecollab.

Can you please provide us with information about new url on which you want to install activeCollab (via support@a51dev.com, please don't forget to enter your username, and license key in email), and i will consult my partners about creating you new license if you want that.

Goran.

I'm a little confused here... In my original zip download, there was a license.txt file which contains a legal agreement.

License Agreement:
==================

Please review the following license agreement before installing or using the
activeCollab, any individual plug-in component or other software product, and/or
all related materials....

==================

I've tried uploading that to the config folder... no success...

I've also downloaded the license.txt from my profile page. It contains cryptic characters that are not readable. Uploading that to the config folder doesn't seem to work either. I don't think I gave an incorrect URL when I purchased, although the email address may be different.

I've sent info to your support address for assistance...

Any help is appreciated.
