    <description><![CDATA[<p>It appears that the New/Updated feature on the Dashboard is based on cookies or something instead of users. In other words, I log in on one computer, check stuff, and enter a new comment. I go to another computer, and see 3 new items. These 3 new items are the two I've already read plus the one I just created.<br />

This list should be based on the user account not the computer used.</p>]]></description>
